Camping Safari Tanzania 4 Days

This Camping Safari Tanzania to Lake Manyara / Ngorongoro Crater / Tarangire will show you three National Parks that each one has its own special atmosphere and wildlife. With only a canvas between you and the night you will hear, feel and smell the seducive Tanzanian nature.

Day 1: Arusha – Lake Manyara

You’ll travel across the Great Rift Valley floor to Lake Manyara National Park in the morning. The Maasai term for “euphorbia tirucalli,” a shrub used to build a thorny hedge to defend their livestock, inspired the name of this lovely park with its lush vegetation and tropical forests of huge fig and mahogany trees. The park is home to elephants, giraffes, buffalo, zebras, and a variety of antelopes, as well as a variety of monkeys and a big population of hippopotamuses. Manyara lions, widely renowned for their tree climbing tendencies, may be seen peacefully reclining on the limbs of an “Acacia tortilis” tree if you’re lucky. Flamingos, pelicans, hornbills, and other woodland species abound in the birdlife. Overnight at Lake Manyara’s public camping. Lunch and supper will be provided.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater

You head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area after breakfast. Following your arrival, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an amazing wildlife drive, complete with a picnic lunch. With its 2000-foot-high walls, the crater sees relatively few creatures migrating in and out, so you’re likely to witness lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds, and other species. Your Driver/Guide will wow you with his ability to find the hidden wildlife and will keep you informed about other safari areas. Proceed to the Crater rim in the late afternoon, stopping along the way to see wildlife. Spend the night in Ngorongoro’s Simba Public Campsite.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park

Your Camping Adventure Tanzania begins with a trip to Tarangire National Park, Tanzania’s third biggest national park and home to an abnormally large elephant population. The park’s magnificent baobab trees are an intriguing feature, dwarfing the animals that graze underneath them. Animals congregate near the Tarangire River, which serves as the area’s only stable water supply. There is a wide range of species, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, and up to 6,000 elephants. Overnight at Tarangire at a public campground. All meals are provided.

Day 4: Tarangire – Arusha

Tarangire National Park’s early morning wildlife drive. After that, your Camping Safari to Lake Manyara / Ngorongoro Crater / Tarangire concludes in Arusha. Arrive at Arusha in the afternoon. Breakfast and a lunch box are supplied.
