6 Days Camping Tanzania Safari

This 6 days Camping Safari  will take you to three National Parks that each one has its own special atmosphere and wildlife. Only canvas will seperate you from the African night so when in bed you can hear and smell what is going on outside the tent.

Day 1: Lake Manyara

Your safari begins with a drive to Lake Manyara. Located at the foot of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, the park is known for its incredible beauty. You can spot lots of wildlife like buffaloes, elephants, giraffes, impalas, hippos and others. Overnight at a public campsite at Lake Manyara. Lunch box and dinner included.

Day 2: Lake Manyara – Serengeti

After breakfast, set off for Serengeti National Park. After having your picnic lunch on a kopje (rock outcropping) in the Serengeti, you’ll head further into the park for a game drive. Overnight at the Seronera public campsite in the central Serengeti. All meals included.

Day 3: Serengeti

Game drives throughout the Serengeti take up an entire day. You can see a variety of animals, including lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, monkeys, baboons, hippos, rhinos, antelopes, and numerous birds, depending on the season and the herds’ migration. Spend the night at the Central Serengeti’s Seronera Public Campsite. Every meal is served.

Day 4: Serengeti – Ngorongoro

Serengeti game drive in the early morning. Following breakfast, we’ll head to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and, weather permitting, take a nature walk in the afternoon at the Northern Crater Rim of the Ngorongoro Crater, which is home to a variety of wildlife species, including buffaloes, elephants, baboons, monkeys, and birds. Through dense bush, you follow animal paths escorted by a ranger or Maasai guide. Spend the night at Ngorongoro’s Simba Public Campsite. Every meal is served.

Day 5: Ngorongoro

Following breakfast, you will drive inside the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, for an amazing game drive and picnic lunch. The Ngorongoro Crater has the highest wild animal density in the world because so few animals are able to migrate in and out of its 2000-foot-high walls. Lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, numerous birds, and other species are among them. One could anticipate seeing the “Big Five” in a single day. Overnight at Simba Public Campsite at Ngorongoro. All meals included

Day 6: Ngorongoro – Arusha

In the morning you will visit a Masai Village to see the traditional life of the most famous tribe of East Africa. Afterwards you return to Arusha with arrival early afternoon. Breakfast and lunchbox included.
